Elite Senior Care LLC offers a choice of payment options for your convenience.
Our goal is to help our clients remain independent in their own home for as long as possible. However, we understand that most people do not have unlimited funds to pay for respite care. There are several options available to help pay for long-term home care and lighten your family’s financial burden.
Listed below are some different options to help your loved one remain in their own home.
ARChoices
ArChoices offers certain home and community based services as an alternative to nursing home placement to the following: persons aged 21 years and older who require and intermediate level of care in a nursing facility, and persons aged 21-64 years with a physical disability determination or MRT approval. Services include: Attendant Care (Personal Care), Home-Delivered Meals, Personal Emergency Response system, Environmental Accessibility Adaptations and Respite Care.
Medicaid
You may qualify to have Medicaid cover your services under Personal Care. Elite Senior Care works to make sure you get the most comprehensive coverage you qualify for.
PASSÉ Program
You may qualify for Personal Care Services from PASSÉ programs for those aged 4 and up.

Long-Term Care Insurance
Long-term care insurance helps cover the cost of senior care at home or in a nursing facility. It helps protect your loved one’s assets; this can cover much of the cost of home care, depending on the policy terms. Elite Senior Care works with most long-term care insurance companies, so be sure to learn what your options are.
Veterans Administration
The Veterans Administration offers programs that can reimburse veterans for home care based on certain qualification criteria. To learn more about these programs, please visit the Veterans Administration website. Your Elite Senior Care representative can discuss the VA benefit package with you in detail during an in-home interview, phone conversation or office visit.
Payment Options (Private Pay)
Elite Senior Care LLC offers a choice of payment options for your convenience. We send out an invoice for services on a weekly basis for the following date of services. The invoice can be sent directly to the client, family, a trusted adviser or a long-term care insurance company. Our invoices are detailed with the dates and times of service along with the caregiver who provided care on each day. For your convenience, we accept payment by cash or check.
